When you put 1000's of people together in a public forum, there will be arguments but, being an admin here I am sure you are well aware of that. ihub may own the boards/service/servers but, you also charge a subscription fee for users who want to post more then a few times today, ihub also makes it pretty flexible to create new boards for it's users to go off into little huddles and have conversations. When I said our board, it's was just that, there is a small group where we huddle, talk about stocks/charts/news etc. 99% is very stock specific. But when you have a small group that has become friends over the years, there will be idle conversation/jokes/fun/ harmless teasing. That would normal as we are human and not machines..
If iHub is going to jail it's every users for posts that are not stock specific, IMO you would lose subs at a very fast rate. I would make a bet, that one could go into any semi-active board and on the first page of treads and find at least 2 posts that are not stock specific or more so pure spam and relentless pumping.
Shelly I find it very hard to believe that you have never picked fun at anyone at the expense of someone else in pure harmless fun, being your husband/kids/family/friends or some stranger. My comment may have been on the verge of being vulgar but, then again we are a group of middle aged men. There are actions that men do woman will never understand, as there are action women do that men will never understand.
