Its been a while and I have been out of TIV for a long time. I still check in here occassionally. I see nothing much has changed.

The CFO and CEO didn't buy these shares. They were awarded to them by the BOD as compensation for their services apparently. The fine print in the explanation section near the bottom of each filing says the following:

Explanation of Responses:
( 1) The shares were awarded by the Board of Directors as compensation for services. The closing market price per share of the Company's common stock on the date of the award was $0.44.
