New poster but I'm followed the board for awhile now so it seems like I know everyone. Anyways last time I talked to Clayton he said any aquisition would be debt financed, so anything should be accretive. Hopefully they'll make an early announcement about the auditor tonight, as I'm thinking Paul Cheng has alreadly reported to the audit committee.
