There is no such thing as an accurate est until after it happens. However, I have found that 9:40am is the time GENERALLY where you can enter and get the lowest pps. 10:30 is the next and around 2 pm is the next. I never buy at open. These buy points are generally good for up trending and side trending stocks. Hope this helps.
