More like gray sheets if a MM is not allowed to publish a Bid/Ask and they are trading "unsolicted".

15c211 is a requirement for a MM to have current information from the company before publishing a quote. Since FEEL files their financial reports, last 10Q on Nov 11, it's not likely the violation is related to current information so I wonder what it means.

Could it be that the FEEL MM decided to withdraw as an MM for the company?
