and the share structure seemed to be 62 million shares outstanding with perhaps 10 million in warrants issued. Then more recently (11-10), another 10 million share private financing was announced/authorized to raise a couple million. Looks like Chan bought and added to the point that he has 18% of shares/warrants.

Wonder how the money will be used. Gold? Diamonds? British Columbia? Alaska? As you say, many unknowns.
