Bill Sarpalius
Congressman Bill Sarpalius (Sarpolis) is President and C.E.O. of Advantage Associates; a respected bipartisan firm specializes in helping clients with governmental, political and international affairs. After leaving Congress in 1995, he was appointed by President Bill Clinton to a senior position in the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Congressman Sarpalius also served as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Rural Enterprise, Exports & Environment and helped open doors for U.S. business to establish overseas markets in Russia and other developing nations. He gained international recognition for his deep involvement in the movement for independence and recognition of Lithuania and the other Baltic States during the fall of communism. Because of his determination to help with the independence of Lithuania and the Baltic States he was awarded the “Grand Duke of Lithuania”. The highest honor the country can give a noncitizen. The breakaway of the Baltic States led to the fall of the Soviet Union. Congressman Sarpalius has gained a reputation as being shrewd and tenacious tactician on behalf of his clients. More importantly, he has also proven that he can work effectively with Republicans and Democrats alike. An Internet entrepreneur, Congressman Sarpalius served as C.E.O. of the corporation that published the acclaimed HillZoo.com web site. The popular Hill Zoo site -- known as "The Homepage of Capitol Hill" -- captures a highly targeted and valuable weekly audience of over 15,000 Congressional staffers and others in the Hill community. Ronnie Shows
A native of Moselle, Mississippi, Congressman Ronnie Shows has represented a wide array of national Fortune 500 clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, and health care fields. In 1998, Ronnie was elected to the U.S. Congress, serving until 2003. Ronnie was an active member of the Congressional Blue Dog Caucus and served on the House Finance/Banking Committee. Ronnie is still an active alumnus of the Blue Dogs and works closely on a number of initiatives with leaders in the House, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Early in his career, Ronnie was an educator, coach and farmer. Roman Buhler
Roman Buhler is President of Roman Buhler and Associates a lobbying and political consulting firm based in McLean Virginia. Robin Tallon
The Honorable Robin Tallon is a Principal with Jenkins Hill Consulting and is based out of its Washington, DC headquarters. Robin brings nearly three decades of Capitol Hill experience to Jenkins Hill Consulting. As a Democratic member of Congress, Robin represented the Sixth District of South Carolina for a decade. Following his tenure in Congress, Robin worked for various Fortune 500 companies and started his own consulting firm, Robin Tallon & Associates. Robin spent many years during his tenure in Congress and in the private sector working to expand US trade exports. As a congressman, he was an active participant in GATT negotiations in Geneva and took part in several agricultural trade missions to Asia and Latin America. More recently, Robin has devoted a considerable amount of time working on regulatory issues with various federal agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture and Department of Energy. In 2008, Robin brought his decades of experience to Jenkins Hill. Jim Creaghan
Mr. Creaghan is a senior advisor for The Sandi Group with global financial and economic expertise. Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Creaghan was the Director of Governmental Affairs for James P. Creaghan and Associates Inc. His responsibilities for day-to-day matters involved both public and privately held corporations. Previously, he worked for several members of the U.S. Congress, including Senator Russell Long, Senator Vance Hartke and U.S Congressman Gillis Long. Additionally, he has a long standing working relationship with various federal agencies including EX-IM Bank, IMF, World Bank and OPIC. He is responsible for implementing policies, planning work procedures and also the company's compliance program for federal and state regulations.
