here is the exact statement:

UWRL's Adequate Disclosure is being worked on and is in its final stages to be filed. The "final stages" comment is from the lawyers (our past experience has shown this can mean 1 to 3 weeks.) We are of the opinion that it is closer to 1 week than 3 but no guarantees.

question: does no guarantees aply to 1 week or 3 weeks as well... it s obvious that 1 week wasn t right...??? you see no guarantees
