Finally our CEO owns some shares in the company he's running. I imagine it was required by any lending party. 44 cents, not a bad price considering his former boss/CEO bought his mil shares at 50 cents. And of course Gamble, TIV's COB, paid over $6/share for his 3 million shares.

I guess this means we shouldn't expect any announcement for 90 days, right?
