Computer Horizons Corp (fka CHZS)

I called and asked to speak to the CFO (Barbara Rodriguez), the girl who answered the phone answered Computer Horizons, which I didn't expect. Barbara was not around, so I asked the young lady if she was aware of any corporate activity. All she was able to tell me was that dividend paid in September to shareholders was the final dividend and no further payments would be made. The company is now a shell and they will continue to file quarterly and annual reports to keep the shell current until a suitable buyer was found. They have not found a buyer at this point.

The volume we have seen here recently I would have to assume is former shareholders selling there stock to whom I don't know, maybe speculators that they stock will be valued higher than this when a suitor is found.

Sorry, not very exciting after all but we will continue to monitor activity with this company.
