"In the past few weeks posting on this board has brought up allegations about the Transfer Agent for Eternal Image, the SEC counsel for the company, and NAR and Emerald."


What the Counsel for the Company did was not a allegation, it was documented and proved by the SEC. He lost his Licensed to pratice law for 3 years.

Since he is the Counsel for EI at the present, his past could effect the way he Counsels EI. We need to know these things.
