I have sent over 100 emails to SEC to investigate Mr Davis. I want this guy behind bars. I don't want him to live in this society freely. He is big fraud and has no ethics. The CEO is so shameless when I asked him in the email why did you dilute so many shares, he said you guys or shareholders authorized it so get over it, over 20 billion AS, what a joke!. This was very rude !. After that I started hammering SEC and sent his email response to SEC

Anyway as long as Davis goes to jail I am happy, There is nothing to lose when stock is at zero and when you can't even sell.

This clown should not be running any office or business. he is scam dilution artist nothing else, he had been lying about FDA for months, add to that he dumped billions of shares using the FDA hype to raise cash and run company. This is nothing but certified scam. I did get reply form SEC for one of the emails finally. I hope the action will be taken soon. I would not be surprised to see a PR some day Mr Davis resigns due to SEC action. It's just matter of time, since I did get reply from them, however it took quite a few emails to respond. I hope we hear that news soon, forget FDA or I call it is FAD, it was never in works and the guy guy just lied and lied
