In 2008, there was no funding, little operations, and I believe at that point we had been delisted.

In 2010, the company is doing substantial profitable business through its D&S joint venture, there has been significant funding obtained from the joint venture partner, and there is a deal on the horizon which, in my opinion, is highly likely to be completed and through which we would again trade publicly.
