GOLS has about 88 million shares out of a total of 2.5 BILLION... Hardly sounds like he "has ASR firmly in his grasp." Maybe you should check your math, but it looks to me like he has less than 4% of the stock. This does NOT give him "control" of ASR regardless of how YOU want to twist it.
