Agreed. Some thoughts on where DGRI is currently at. Upon seeing the NV filing for Preferred shares I was thinking the company is getting financing in place. After seeing the 8k I am now thinking merger/takeover. It's the fastest way to up list and increase pps, begin production and secure future opportunities. Since the 8k did not reflect any sort of issuing of stock for financing purposes the funds must come from elsewhere. Just my thoughts...am curious to hear others.
