Thanks WhiskerBill for reminding me about that huge variable in place here. I am certain that the folks in the town of Milford own many times more shares than any one person or entity in CopperKing. I sure would not want to try rise out from Chapter 11 with a company who just wiped out all the shares of the shareholders in Milford. I wonder if Chuck can comment on how or if this is factoring in the BK equation. Or has even been discussed at all? I mean that's one big matzah ball hanging out there.
