Anyone Home at Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI)?
Posted on November 30, 2010 by Alex
It shouldn’t take 2 hours for an investor to find bits and scraps of contact information on a company purportedly owning right to tens of millions if not hundred of millions of dollars worth of gold.

PennyStockHaven.com sent an email to the principal address at Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) requesting an interview with a Director, stating preference in speaking with CEO Steve Talley. As of this point in time, 3 days have passed without any reply from the company.

The Executive suites in Denver, CO, where Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) holds office, appears vacant in that absolutely no asshole is there to answer the phone. Either that or the building secretary, operator and suite occupants went for an extended lunch break – all at the same time.

Per SAEI’s latest Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, the Directors of the company list 1400 16th Street in Denver as their principal address. Again, information that provides absolutely no lead for shareholders looking to make contact with a Director of Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI).

In a search for Steve Talley’s private contact information we arrive at the conclusion that we may as well be looking for a brown-haired middle-aged man by the name of Smith. They are too many records for Talley to differentiate between Farmer Talley and Steve Talley of Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI).

SAEI’s two other directors, Andrei B. Yasinskij and Nikolae Yagodka, CFO and CGA, respectfully, are unlisted.

A search for contact information on Dennis Samuel Lipton, a new addition to the company’s board of Directors, is futile. Even a lead on Mr. Laurence Sookochoff becomes unwarranted – perhaps an investment in an answering machine will boost his dating profile.

In sum, while we presume the company is busy shoveling at their new-found success, we can’t help but wonder whether SAEI’s avoidance is a way in which to mask potentially damaging facts.

We won’t draw at any premature conclusions. But it strikes us odd that Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) is avoiding the exposure that an interview with one of our Editors would provide.

We’ll wait on a reply for a few days before we respond publicly. Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SAEI) – your move.
