Oh this is too much. ev is a promoter--that is what he does, he'll show you all the good stuff make you believe everything is possible. he's not the business man, he's the face and talker. Unfortunately, ev and his family want things their way and won't get professional business people on board. He's so charming that the insiders there are drawn into his words and charisma. They belive. Believers--where's the kool aide?
Has anyone who is so up on the divident and Starfest stock from ARTSD and ev even looked into Starfest-any of you actually sign up for the MLM and bought any product? If not, what makes any of you think that after 16 months of Artfest working on this MLM with a huge push to get it to take off in April (which failed) then changing name to Starfest,most of the original supporters have dumped the company, mlm and product (and these were big mlm folks)when they quietly & quickly moved the gallery and offices to where they are now without a word to anyone that the Starfest stock is going to be worth anything? Even anything close to what we lost with 2 R/S?
That ev is giving away art (as one poster wrote about) which takes away the commissions to the artist that is owed for those prints....they have no accountablity to the artists, the football teams, the investors, the deceit is rampt.
What are they using to acquire this publicly traded co? They already owe $$$ to cash investors when they offered stock in exchange for $$$, which have been documented many times here. ev personally and in former businesses has a fed tax lien and state liens on him coming due in a few years. check out the dallas county OPR like the other poster started and go to collin county too. Artfest also owes $$$ to former employees from this year.
"Artfest International plans on issuing a dividend of the publicly traded company's restricted common stock to its shareholders" This is exactly what they wrote about the Artfest/Starfest stock dividend back in May. ITs the same thing folks...
Being shown a studio office and original artwork on the walls and told what you want to hear is not a basis for legitimacy. ev is a promoter and he sure promoted you to push this for him. WAKE UP folks.
