Don't know for a fact, but deductive reasoning would tell me that one wouldn't be foolish enough to do anything illegal on the heels of an SEC investigation. And that's the biatch about SEC investigations, they never tell you when they conclude and what the results are. To me, why I didn't dump into the momo, is this has a pretty small share structure, and I think it's good for a heck of a lot more than .01ish. I've kissed this money goodbye a long time ago, but will be pleasantly surprised one day when this thing actually takes off. Who knows, this could be the PR that's kicking that off.

And don't forget, the company was actually proactive and had its pink sheets status elevated. That's a good sign. Suppose 603 Beverages has a viable business? Anyone look into 603 Beverages? I'd start there...
