I've been a bagholder here for awhile, but only holding 50k shares. My logic tells me that this guy Roy has been under SEC scrutiny. The thing is the SEC never divulges when an investigation ends unless there are criminal charges filed somewhere else.

This "old" news is good to know, but I don't think it has any bearing on purchasing 603 Beverages. This guy Roy would be the biggest idiot in the world to be committing any sort of crime on the heels of an SEC investigation.

Definitely weird there's not more outrage...
