After appointment, they will be tasked with setting the generalized business plan in place that the Chief Executive Officer and or President of the company will follow. The anticipated incoming CEO and or President will serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.

I am confused with this wording....who will be the CEO??? Will it be a new person or the same guys???

First, it is mentioned CEO or President of the company will follow with the business plan set up by board of director and then it mentioned the anticipated incoming CEO?

Is it only me who could not get what company is exactly trying or say or there are others on this board??
