Business deals do not happen overnight. Itunes didn't get Beattle right until 4-5 years later. We know iTunes is the biggest and still had to wasted 4-5years to get a deal.

Getting a simple passport would take 3-6 weeks not instant and you are an American Citizen too. That is $100 business value and it took 3-6weeks. We are talking about $$$ Million.

This is international business deal and Chile is still holding onto lithium tightly.
