SFIO was waiting to market in USA. FDA restricted importing/marketing offline in USA without court judgement, SFIO respected FDA's decision. That's why SFIO turned to Europe and Asia for their marketing.
if court ruling is favorable to SFIO, I guess they will promote in USA soon.
