FIMA Inc. Acquires 603 Beverages Inc.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/08/10 -- FIMA Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FIMA) has finalized agreements to acquire 100% of 603 Beverages Inc.

The terms for the acquisition have been met to acquire the company in a share exchange agreement in the amount of 603's first year revenues at a discount which translates into 20,000,000 shares of restricted FIMA common stock at today's current price. Management from FIMA feels that we can cut expenses and help expand distribution on this company to create a positive cash flow. FIMA plans to utilize 603 abilities to help market, and give further exposure to FIMA's real estate activities as well as now opening up the market for creating other marketing opportunities for FIMA to create greater monthly cash flow.

CEO Roy Sahachaisere states, "We are excited to start working with 603 as it does open many doors for us in vertical markets as well as helps enhance what we are doing down in Latin America ." FIMA has recently updated its posting on Pinksheets for the website to update its "sign" to "limited information" as the Company awaits the legal opinion, all plans are for the Pinksheet designation to soon be a "Pink Sheet Fully disclosed" participant. FIMA also plans to have shareholder updates for the 2011 strategy before the end of the year.
