" for all we know" You should rephrase that to "for all I know" and speak for yourself. All those who were involved in the investigation know very darn well that the first thing Kistler did was to advise Jared to stop the wrap around financing. Jared stopped the wrap around. As soon as Kistler left the company Jared resumed the wrap around.

Now maybe Jared holds a grudge against Brian because Brian didn't use his influence as an Ex-cop to undo what Jared had already done. But Jared knew he was breaking the law and resumed the wrap around as soon as Brian left. The SEC did not take any action till he resumed the wrap around and most likely would not have taken any action, if he hadn't resumed the wrap around.

You are totally wrong in calling Brian a crook for advising Jared to stop. It is well documented by the SEC and DOJ and there are no plans of charging Brian with any wrong doing. Brian took steps to protect the shareholder and in no way did anything to rip the shareholders off. If Jared didn't want to listen to the advise that he paid for, then that's Jared's undoing. Is Jared now ignoring the advise from his attorney ?
