So when judging a company what do you look at ? How does one judge their potential. Should a complete history of failure be ignored ?

Track record matters. If you walked down an alley and got beat and robbed twenty days in a row would you go back for more on the next day? Do you evaluate situations from yesterday, a week ago, several years ago in your daily life ? I hope so. If not you would wander around the world like a confused animal.

Your argument that the past does not matter is quite convenient; BEHL can never do wrong just smile and look to the future LOL! Hey, Ted Bundy was a nice guy if you just ignored his past LOL !!!
