Not a bad idea. After all, we give Utah all that water, and do they even thank us?

I'm afraid, though, that the Colorado in that area is just a glorified stream, and wouldn't have nearly enough water for the purpose, even if we could use it all. Looks like that oil is going to stay there until the price hits $150/bbl...
