The intrigue is adding up to a great climax

1. Herbal Science blanks their home page and partners page about the same time as Bright Foods starts a joint venture with GNC last February and they are still blank.

2. Now at the same time Bright Foods is stepping it up and buying GNC at the same time NTRZ is canceling a JV with Herbal Science and HS is overly accommodating in settling for half of what we owe them, as though something else is going to happen.

3. NTRZ is out of it's best product RiSolubles and they make it themselves. RicePlex, a Z customer, has been out of Solubles for at least 2 months. Could this product be going to have a new name on it, such as Bright Foods or a change in the product? Will all of NTRZ's products be sold in GNC stores?

4. We have NTRZ putting out a PR about a partnership in Irgovel with out naming the partner.

5. We have a judge who approves the Irgovel deal and the name of the partner is left off. Obviously the company has special confidential treatment and NTRZ has filed some CT orders this year.

So, WTF is going on??? It is possible that this is all connected. NTRZ will have patents in hand and still may be using Herbal Science, but a nutra/pharma/stage 2 partner may want the patents in their hands? Could Bright Foods be a big general partner for NTRZ or even buy Z out? I believe it is possible.

It is also possible that the nutra/pharma/stage 2 is not even connected to the Irgovel deal. But, the Irgovel deal partner might be going to be even more involved with oil.

Or maybe gnus is right an nothing major is going to happen and NTRZ will struggle to survive? Maybe all this secrecy is just a mirage and is not really happening and it exists only in my mind?
