I agree, increased share structure isn't always a bad move for the investors, in fact that's the main reason for a company to go public in the end, to be able to raise capital and expand the business.
But by increasing the structure and dilute "just because" is what must be most undesired by those who hold shares in a company, and I'm glad we're not seeing this here with AMSZ.
Sure, we haven't got updates in a while, but maybe the reason for that is because they're about to close some deals and don't have anything of substance to updates us with yet? Just speculating, but I'm not worried right now, as long as we're not getting diluted to oblivion without any reason at all...
