Divi - Its still a few months away as they have another board meeting to discuss the finer details at the end of the year

I would still say late Jan / Feb.

In the meantime we have 2011 guidance which will be conservative and announcements very soon on the new initiatives that they are working on. I believe these new initiatives may have a slight impact on the EPS in q4 with respect to expenditure.
