VVUS just filled the $9 upgap. ARNA's first upgap is at about $3.20.

To this day, I remain clueless as to what the shorts are thinking? There's still a reasonable chance of approval here and if so, ARNA would pop above $10 just like OREX is doing now. Shorting volatile plays like this trading at near cash? You gotta love em
