You keep saying that NXXI has debt..They have ZERO debt..Preferred Shares are not debt and considered as EQUITY!!
Preferred Shareholders cannot force NXXI into BK.. I'm sure they will be happy continuing to receive their quarterly interest in stock even if it takes a few more years for NXXI to redeem them..
