Doubt it,
Couldn't imagine them taking the risk of losing any money (clients) on purpose to prove a point. Unless that is they are trying to get rid of little penny buyers and more big board guys. Well this is the only penny stock I own, rest is DOW and NAS. Good thing I don't want to buy anymore at this time since I also have Ameriturd.
