DIDN'T EI TELL YOU WHAT THEY WERE DISCUSING IN THIS UPDATE, IT'S BLACK AND WHITE OR WERE YOU THERE AND KNOW SOMETHING DIFFERANT. PLEASE TELL US. OR DON'T YOU BELIEVE EI WHEN THEY SEND US UPDATES. NOW IF YOU DON'T, I'D UNDERSTAND. THEY SURE DON'T HAVE A VERY GOOD TRACK HISTORY ON THINGS.


Here is the update from EI on Dec 3rd.

After meeting with financial consultants and our own SEC counsel, it was decided that the current share structure is too large for any reputable funding sources to consider us.
