WIV, you ask, if Ed intimated to a few shareholders that there will be an AGM sometime in Q1, why didn't he tell everyone that?
The simple answer is, that nothing is etched in stone, this was his best estimate at the time (I spoke to him about this several weeks ago, I think, if not more). But he can't put out any official PR about this until it is final, for obvious reasons.
As to Nevada requirements, one fact stands out: Several years went by between '01 and '09 when there was NO AGM at all. There were of course complaints (many of them from the same individuals who are leading the chorus this time around), but the bottom line is that whatever the regulations are, MZEI wasn't shut down.
What is so hard to accept about a tentative plan to have an AGM toward the end of Q1, to be made official (I imagine) sometime after the beginning of the new year? Does your crystal ball tell you that January will pass without such an announcement? So why stir up agitation about it now?
If it will make you happier to hear that I - and I think others would echo this sentiment - will express disappointment to management if nothing is scheduled during January, OK, I'll go on record. OK? Feeling better? Great!
