This was not found by anybody last February, but a JV was first planned, but now has changed into a total buyout of GNC by Bright Foods. Bright must have had success with the trial sales.

Why this could be big for NTRZ is that GNC sells a lot of canister products based on soy protein. The Chines like rice and NTRZ's canisters should really sell there.

Also note that Short did mention in a PR last summer that LA # 2, the stage 1 plant in lake Charles that is not operating may start up before we exit BK. That did not happen, but it might be tied to the Bright GN deal. A lot of stage 1 is needed to make the stage 2 products for such a deal.
