I wonder where their public accountants were while all this was going on.

That might be one of the reasons for the innocuous note that we saw on the latest 10-Q...to wit:

"THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INCLUDED HEREIN HAVE NOT BEEN AUDITED NOR REVIEWED (my emphasis) BY AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTING FIRM."

These would be the first filings that I've personally heard of that were not even given a superficial review by the accountants that are responsible for the engagement.

Just conjecture on my part, or as they say........

IMO
