The SEC has nothing to do with the share structure. But the shareholders have a right to know the answers to these questions when they directly effect us through dilution of our shares.

why wont any of you Pro-Martins answer the question?

Is this some of the "Good Dilution" or "dilution done the right way so its not bad dilution" that Isobar referred to?
