It appears by your own admission that you also now believe that NXXI has something here when you say the new owners will benefit from this after BK..
I'm sure that if NXXI was thinking of BK they would have done so by now and not continue on with their new drug research..
If they cannot go this alone I'm sure they will either merge with a drug company or find another way to complete their venture..
You've been using the BK scare for some time now and it's getting a little weak and old!!
