FDA Loses Appeal, Can’t Regulate E-Cigarettes as Drug

Before anyone has an overwhelming need to attack me for this post please know that I have already read on this board that MMUH is no longer in the ecig business (if they ever were) but if they were and decided to get back into the US market it could mean great things for us bag holders.
