Don't use the short term action as a true indicator as to how the stock will react.

The lack of upward movement is due to the lack of clarity regarding the buy-back and potential future split(s).

If they announce a 1-2B buyback, even a 500M buyback, with a confirmation of no plans to do an RS in the near term, the stock will move up again.

Also, while the last PR indicated future revenues, they have not laid out a post December plan.
