First, thanks for contacting the company, and sharing the info.

If 500 kg @ $27.00 each, them $13M is revenue for the entire farm. But SIAF starts with 20% equity, so their initial cut in 2011 will be $2.6M annualized, growing over time. By 2012, what % will their equity interest be?
