I think your confusion is with the term "paperwork". If you are trying to say the paperwork is the (NI forms) which anyone can download on the web then no, SAEI is well past that point. What i interpret is that they now have all the necessary paperwork (as in evaluations from geologist, samples, etc) and are ready to now file those findings.

I was waiting for the results which now sounds like it was a little premature since they only PR'd the fact that they "now" have all the needed paperwork. One of my earlier posts has a link where you can download the paperwork so I am a little confused and wonder why.

("Supatcha" or the "Company") today announced it has received all necessary paperwork today in order to file the NI 43-101 technical report for the Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv gold projects.

They are ready to file their findings!
