Who was the "promoter" that but out that anti-Goodall pro-Company PR? That's unusual to speak so poorly about an ex-officer. I'm going to guess it wasn't somebody that can be directly connected to the company as an employee/officer.

Re: Paxton:

March 11, 2010:

Algae specialist Domini Maddox is in the process of relocating from Austin, Texas and will arrive at the Company's headquarters on Monday, March 15th to commence working onsite with the BioCentric Energy team. Ms. Maddox and BioCentric Energy's dedicated lab technician Jason Paxton, will be working diligently to inoculate the algae (for Omega3 / EPA) in preparation for cultivation in the Company's commercial closed-loop photobioreactor

May 20, 2010:

2) BioCentric's "Skunkworks" Department, operated by Patrick Kuykendall and project managed by Jason Paxton have re-engineered and built their new prototype "Pig Catcher" (a "pig" is the terminology used to describe the instrument to remove oxygen, agitate, and clean the Photobioreactor) to better meet the needs of the Algae Pro Photobioreactor. When reactivating the bio-cam, shareholders can see this unique solution that will be implemented on all future systems.

June 14, 2010:

5) The excavation of our first acre has been completed and was overseen by BioCentric Energy's Founder and Chairman of the Board Dennis Fisher and Field Technician, Brendon Paxton. The modular home has been secured to its new foundation, the water lines have been completed, and we now await the liners for the next step to our initial acre install -- anticipated delivery time will be within two weeks

June 22, 2010:

2) Today, Dennis Fisher, Pat Kuykendall, Brendon Paxton and several others will be on site and working in Death Valley Junction. The team will deploy the liners and components of the CAB (controlled algae basin) that will house the PBR system. The installation of the 4 liners (encompassing 1 acre) is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 23rd

July 26, 2010 BEHL TEAM:

TECHNICIANS:

Jeff Paxton

Brendon Paxton

Jeremy Douglass

Jason Paxton

Cheyne M McDole

Then I see in an October 2010 post that the Paxton brothers were all laid off?

I've heard about one other employee that left the company too, Jose L. Sanchez.

Interesting that he also went to OriginOil Inc (OOIL) where the good Dr. Goodall is the CEO.

Jose L. Sanchez — Vice President of Growth and Production

Mr. Sanchez is a veteran in the design and field operation of open pond, photobioreactor and dark-growth algae production systems, as well as an experienced executive in product and intellectual property development. An expert in the commercialization algae, he designed Mexico’s first biodiesel plant and advised Mexican lawmakers in the creation of the country’s biofuel industry.

Before joining OriginOil, Jose Sanchez was General Manager of Aurora Mexico, a subsidiary of San Francisco-based Aurora Algae, where he launched Aurora’s Mexico-based field operations, built and opened its R&D facilities, managed initial scale-up endeavors, provided information to decision makers to aid in site selection, and carried out negotiations on land acquisition, water rights and CO2 procurement. Sanchez also introduced landmark Mexican legislation to address the environmental, water management and land use aspects of algae production systems.

In 2007, Sanchez was the founder and CEO of AgroSens, a wireless sensor automation company based in Ensenada, Mexico. From 2006 to 2008 he was Biofuels Research Division Director at LP Bond/CENI2T, also in Ensenada. Earlier, as Engineering Director at furniture manufacturer Good Companies in Tijuana, he managed product development teams in Mexico, China and the USA. He also served from 2001 to 2004 as Computational Analysis and Product Engineer at the Delphi Dynamics & Propulsion Innovation Center in Ciudad Juarez, where he collaborated on two patents and seven records of invention.

Sanchez has a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing Systems, both from the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. He earned an MS in Environmental Health Management from Harvard University.
