Well watching level 2 since yestrday and seems to me(don't wanna use the word), but I thing (Dilution) is in the Play. Unfortenetaly I thing I'm right, no idea why? Do Alto need money for mining? and if so that should be PRd at or filled, CEO should let know investors if they planing with Dilution.

Hope I'm wrong, but since yestrday sell off it look weird.
