Everybody's Phone Company (EPC) provides local telephone service to sub-prime credit customers and businesses who have been denied access by their local providers, or to those individuals who do not wish to purchase services from their Regional Bell Operating Company. The service is provided on a pre-paid basis before monthly service begins, therefore eliminating deposit requirements, credit checks, ID, or social security questions. EPC is a reseller of local telephone service. It leases telephone lines from the local telephone provider (operating company) and resells services to you on a pre-paid basis.
