I agree with you 100% but I will also add that stocks listed on the pinks are not real investments IMHO. There is a reason they are traded on the lower tier (High Share count, High Debt, start-up, etc..) and for these reasons they are not "good investments".
What they are good for is high pay-outs if you find the right ones which is hard to do.
I have learned that you don't marry the pinks as long term investments but trade them for short term profit.
I know many find this approach disgusting but that is the way the game is played and as soon as you learn the game, the quicker you will make money at it.
