"CEU - the no buyback response was crap IMO. If CEU is legit, there is no better investment for them right now than a buyback. If they want to make acquisitions, fine, they certainly haven't found any yet, and if they do, they will still have plenty of cash even with a buyback, given the current cash hoard."
