Eventually they will be selling Silenor over the counter with their partner Proctor & Gamble

Unlike most other sleep products, Silenor is not scheduled.

The financing and dilution are done for now.

Technically, there is a gap that will get filled at 3.25. That is a VERY conservative target for the January Effect
