WOW! I just had one hell of a time entering an order in to sell (at a price higher than current ask - of course)

Sequence of events with ETRD

1.) Online closing orders not being taken
2.) Customer svc rep placed me on hold for 8 minutes to get approval
3.) CSR said the MM may not book the order since the price entered is so much higher than the current ask (in all my years with ETRD I have never heard that)
4.) CSR told me I would be charged multiple commissions since I was entering a GTC (Good til Cancel) order. I asked her to look back over my account for the last 5 years and show me where they had done that one time. She would not do so but did recommend I not sell it GTC.

This was amazing. I have never had this happen in all my years trading this trash.... LOL
